Description

The Disability Services Commission’s (Commission) State-wide Specialist Services Directorate has been provided with funding to conduct Intellectual Functioning Assessments, Autism Diagnostic Assessments and Forensic Assessments.
The Commission’s State-wide Specialist Services requires a number of qualified practitioners to contribute to the provision of these services, in addition to the Commission’s salaried staff.

If the Respondent submits the Offer by hand or by post, the Respondent must provide four (4) copies, with one (1) copy marked “original” and three (3) copies marked “copy”.
