Description
Refer to the Minor Works – Stage 1 specification and drawings A1.2, A1.4, A1.6 and A1.8 for the scope of works required.
The sequence of construction shall be staged in accordance to the Minor Works – Stage 1 specification. The sequence of construction is broken up into individual stages, for example Stage 1.1 – Replacement of Five (5) External Entry Doors and Frames. Each stage must be complete prior to moving onto the next as each stage is dictated by the Animal Management Plan.
Materials, measurements and fabrication of frames / doors are not dependent on staging and may occur at the beginning of the job should the successful Respondent so desire.
