Tenders are invited from experienced Contractors for the cleaning and minor maintenance of Council’s public toilet facilities at various locations within the City of Burnside. The Tender includes the cleaning of electric barbeques available for public use within various Council Parks and Reserves.The Contract is for an initial 12-month term and has the potential to be extended for up to three (3) additional 12-month terms, subject to mutual agreement.
