The Customer Innovation department at Arts Centre Melbourne is responsible for the management of food and beverage for Arts Centre Melbourne. Arts Centre Melbourne is a defining city landmark and Australia's largest and busiest performing arts centre. The Arts Centre Melbourne’s responsibilities include the Theatres Building, home to the State Theatre, Playhouse and Fairfax Theatres, Hamer Hall and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Through our performances, galleries and community spaces we proudly contribute to the Victorian community by providing creative spaces, and experiences through which all Victorians and international visitors can be inspired.
