Tenders are invited by the Department of Education Training and Employment for cleaning services at the following sites, sqm areas being approximate only: Tender No. 1/01 - Glenunga International High School (6,827 sqm) 2/01 - Hamilton Secondary College, Mitchell Park (6,664 sqm) 3/01 - Ascot Park Primary School (4,714 sqm) 4/01 - Brighton Secondary School (6,734 sqm) 5/01 - Ocean View P-12 College, Taperoo (5,017 sqm) 6/01 - Le Fevre High School, (6,505 sqm) 7/01 - Seaton High School (6,664 sqm) 8/01 - Birdwood High School & Primary School (6,798 sqm) 9/01 - Para West Adult Campus, Davoren Park (8,321 sqm) 10/01 - Para Hills High School & Beafield Education Centre (7,684 sqm) 11/01 - Clare High School (5,753 sqm) 12/01 - Burra Community Area School (4,757 sqm) 13/01 - Jamestown Community School & Spencer Institute of TAFE, Jamestown Campus (5,456 sqm) 14/01 - Peterborough Primary School (2,301 sqm) 15/01 - Peterborough High School & Spencer Institute of TAFE, Peterborough Campus (3,551 sqm) 16/01 - Port Augusta Secondary School incorporating Stirling & Seaview Campuses (11,645 sqm) 17/01 - Karcultaby Area School (2,710 sqm) 18/01 - Wudinna Area School incorporating Spencer Intitute of TAFE, Wudinna Campus (4,409 sqm) 19/01 - Mannum High School (2,676 sqm) 20/01 - Mypolonga Primary School (698 sqm) 21/01 - Murray Bridge High School incorporating Murraylands Aquatic Centre (5,561 sqm) 22/01 - Meningie Area School (4,630 sqm) 23/01 - Robe Primary School (1,278 sqm) 24/01 - Lucindale Primary School (3,623 sqm) 25/01 - Pinnaroo Primary School (1,302 sqm) 26/01 - Brown##s Well District Area School, Paruna (1,599 sqm) 27/01 - Glossop High School incorporating Middle Campus, Glossop & Senior Campus, Berri (9,363 sqm) Contract period for all sites is 9 April 2001 to 8 April 2003 with varying option periods. Tender documents are available from the Contract Cleaning Management Unit, 13th Floor, Grenfell Centre, 25 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000 between 9:00am and 5:00pm on normal working days. These documents are available upon payment of a fee for registration and issue of documentation at a non-refundable amount of $11 for each tender including GST. Prospective tenderers outside Metropolitan Adelaide can obtain documentation by contacting the officers listed below. Cheques/Money Orders to be made payable to the ##Department of Education Training and Employment##.
