Description
Project ORCA is currently scheduled to deliver a series of significant changes to the existing information processing environments within the Defence Signals Directorate (DSD), culminating in the establishment of a common framework for future capability development and implementation. In order to expedite the capability delivery process it is the intention of the Commonwealth to incorporate suitable COTS software products in the development of Project ORCA.
It is the intention of the Commonwealth to use this Invitation To Register (ITR) to shortlist suitable COTS software providers. Successful Respondents to this ITR will be invited to participate in a restricted Request for Tender (RFT) that details the specific COTS software requirements for Project ORCA.
