The works comprise refurbishment to the male and female toilet/change rooms along the lower level Aquatic Hall “wet corridor” including:
• demolition and removal of existing facilities;
• modifications, preparation and installation of new facilities;
• make alterations to existing services to suit new design; and
• any other works as shown on the drawings or included in this Specification.
