AUSTRALIAN SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS SCHOOL

Expressions of interest are invited from trade contractors for work associated with the construction of the $14m Australian Science and Mathematics School at the Flinders University of South Australia campus. Not all trades are registered under the DAIS pre-qualification system and in some instances there are no organisations pre-qualified for certain categories. Accordingly, expressions of interest are sought for the following trades, namely: formwork, reinforcement, concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, roof cladding, blockwork, metalwork, toilet and shower partitions, plastering, operable walls, hardware, tiling, floor finishes, window treatments, painting, signage, brick paving, metal louvres and landscaping. Those expressing interest are required to submit the following information: „h Details of the name, scope of work and cost of projects completed in the last two years „h Details of current work commitment including scope of work, contract value and anticipated completion dates „h Evidence of ability to work to a tight construction program „h Details of quality assurance procedures „h Information on proposed key personnel „h Any other information which may assist in the assessment of ability to execute and complete the works. Expressions of interest should be clearly marked with the name of the project and the relevant trade and lodged in the Contractors Tender Box, Level 6, 30 Wakefield Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Tenderers will be selected from a short list of those organisations that respond to this invitation to express interest. No expression of interest will necessarily be accepted.
