Construction of a Nature Playspace, Wilfred Taylor Reserve Morphett Vale.
Tenders will be required to demonstrate capacity to construct from November 2019 to June 2020.
Due to the expected high public demand to use the reserve during the holiday period, work will not be permitted 16 December 2019 and 3 January 2019 inclusive.
Tenderers are also advised that Council will be performing work to the carpark adjoining the worksite which is expected to be completed February 2020. Therefore it is suggested that tenderers stage the work as follows:
- Nature Playspace work November 2019 to March 2020; and
- Open Space work adjacent to carpark March 2020 to June 2020
