Sterilising Equipment, Maintenance Agreement

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objectives of:

Entering into Contracts for the maintenance of sterilising equipment incorporating:
o Preventative and Corrective maintenance; and/or
o Comprehensive maintenance; and
o Equipment validation.

This ITO will result in separate Contracts being awarded for each HHS for the provision of the Services. Each HHS may award to one or multiple suppliers. Suppliers may offer on one or more HHSs and may be awarded a Contract for one or more HHSs.

Current Hospital and Health Services participating in this procurement activity but not limited to are:
o Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS)
o Mackay Hospital and Health Service (MHHS)
o Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) and
o North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS).

The intended Initial Term of the Contracts resulting from this ITO is three years with two extension options, each of up to 12 months, which may be granted at the discretion of the Customer.
