Description

WA Country Health Service (the Customer) requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide child development services (the Service) to the community throughout various regions in the state. The Contract tasks and hours / visits will vary depending on the needs of the Customer.
Areas of specialisation include:
• Clinical Psychology
• Specialist Developmental Paediatrics
• Psychosocial Services
• Audiology
• Speech Pathology
• Occupational Therapy
• Dietetics
Respondents are invited to bid for one or more of the above mentioned categories in the regions that they wish to service.
The Customer intends to appoint a number of contractors to a Panel Arrangement. Individual Services will be distributed amongst Panel Members at the Customer’s discretion. Panel members will not be expected to undertake project work that they did not bid for.
