Craigslea State High School - Block D Refurbishment (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of Block D Refurbishment located at Craigslea SHS, located at 685 Hamilton Road, Chermside West QLD 4032, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.

Works comprise of the design, documentation, erection and completion of a new roof with upgraded falls and new drainage, refurbishment of 8 classrooms, staff room, offices and amenities and 2 new Flexispace rooms. All classrooms to be handed over prior to start of school 2025 and the remaining works by the end of April 2025.
