Description
The Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) and the Department of Corrective Services (DCS) currently have a Shared Information Services branch. The Shared Information Services branch uses a range of Cognos products for the creation, management, security and delivery of Corporate and Business reporting solutions. There is a current user base in excess of 700. DotAG and DCS have made a significant investment developing these solutions and ongoing maintenance and support is required to ensure sustainability into the future.
