Facility Operations and Grounds Maintenance Services (Bluewater Lagoon)

Mackay Regional Council (Council) requires Facility Operations and Grounds Maintenance Services at the Bluewater Lagoon facility located at Caneland Park, Mackay to ensure that:

• Public health is protected; and

• The performance and effectiveness of the disinfection program is continually monitored and evaluated; and

• Plant and equipment are maintained to the highest operational standard; and

• The site and grounds are maintained to the highest quality including plant and equipment to prolong asset longevity and continued service provision; and

• Patron experience is maximised through effective operational and aesthetic management of the facility.
