ACM Eave Remediation Program - Attadale Primary School

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake ACM removal at Attadale Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) roof eaves across multiple school blocks. The project will prioritize works in Blocks A, P, B, and J, as well as the replacement of the fascia on Block AC1. Removal is to be completed under controlled conditions and replacement of these ceilings as per DoHW Ceiling/Eaves Removal works are to be undertaken by a Licensed Class B Asbestos Removal Company. Programmed to provide independent Hygienist to provide all clearances on ACM removal works. These works are to be undertaken over the 2025/2026 Christmas school holidays.
