The Western Parkland City Authority requires a database designed and articulated to provide insight into growth and infrastructure across precincts. Populating of spatial data templates is required to display and understand the data of urban and future urban areas. The supplier is to provide an initial precinct by precinct analysis of growth and infrastructure for the Western Parkland City urban areas, design a database, a beginning to an insights report of precinct-based growth and infrastructure, and then use the data to populate templates for all precincts in the Western Parkland City’s urban and future urban areas
