Particulars
The Digital Case File Program aims to deliver digital capability for NSW Courts and Tribunals, with the Supreme Court Civil project being one of three in FY25. A delivery team is being formed for form development and workspaces, requiring recruitment of a UI designer. Recruitment can take up to three months, and failure to engage vendors could result in project delays. A hybrid team model will facilitate knowledge transfer between groups, increasing NSW public sector capabilities. Icon was selected to provide interim capability to address temporary gaps in expertise and resources.
