Role Players for L&OD - TORT, PTA & RP

The Public Transport Authority has an ongoing requirement for suitably skilled and experienced role players (actors) to support Learning and Development training activities. These services support operational training programs including but not limited to Transit Officer Recruitment Training, Revenue Protection and Passenger Ticketing. The sourcing process used was Limited Source. It is a niche area so 3 providers were contacted and an RFQ sent to the providers. The role players will be used to simulate realistic workplace based senarios to enhance learning outcomes, assessment intetgrity and participant engagement. The demand for these activities is ongoing and variable, subject to training schedules and operational requirements. 2 of the providers returned a quote and the third provider advised they would not be providing a quote.
