The Demolition of an AHO owned property is required of the existing dwelling is to allow redevelopment of the site to help address Aboriginal Housing demand within the Blacktown and Penrith Council Local Government Area. Demolition scope of works includes but not limited to: Demolition of buildings including all associated structures to the dwelling (all types) such as garage, fencing, garden shed, carport including tracks, separate driveway, footpath, retaining wall, pergola, BBQ and the like down to ground level, Digging out and removal of footings, floor slabs, footpaths and driveways. Clearing of debris from the site; make site safe and ready for demolition works.
