Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of an Outdoor Garden and Environmental Learning Area at Buranda State School, located at 24 Cowley St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program. The project includes hard and soft landscaping works, with requirement to work around and project some asbestos contaminated soil and under a Hertiage Exemption Certificate conditions. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC Structural Landscaping licence will be required for this project.
