Supply and Delivery of One Hydro Excavation and Vacuum Truck

GVW is seeking quotations for the supply of one suitable hydro excavation and vacuum truck for the primary purpose of non-destructive digging to locate and uncover underground services. Most of assets excavated via non-destructive digging are less than 2m deep to surface of ground but on occasion we do excavate up to 3m deep, and the soil is predominately clay or sandy soils, with a small portion of the area we cover being shallow rocky soil. The units currently run at GVW are operated at a water pressure of 3000 psi.

As a secondary use, the truck may be utilised for induction of sewer from manholes and pump stations if it has the appropriate capabilities.

The trucks will be required to access and turn around in small streets in town, and so the truck size will be limited to a medium rigid class. Whilst meeting the below criteria comfortably, it is GVWs preference that the truck size/length be kept to a minimum.
