APVMA is seeking an accommodation solution which provides between 2,000 – 3,200 square metres of A Grade quality leased office accommodation in either an existing building or a new building.If a new building or refurbishments are proposed, practical completion of both base building, integrated fit-out, (or if the APVMA elects to procure its own fit-out, then practical completion of that fit-out), would be required no later than early June 2019 for staged relocation and for APVMA to be fully operational by this time.
