Whole of Australian Government govCMS Drupal Services Panel

The govCMS Drupal Services Panel will provide Drupal application development services, and a number of fixed-price packages to help eligible agencies build, maintain and enhance their websites.

The following types of agencies are eligible to use this panel:
• Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities
• Corporate Commonwealth Entities
• State, Territory and Local Government bodies
• Other government organisations approved by Finance as eligible to use govCMS hosting services

Successful tenderers will be asked to provide the following Drupal services:

a. Solution Design and Technical Architecture Advisory Services;

b. Provisioning of Drupal Application Programming Services;

c. Build and Migration Services;

d. Quality Assurance Services;

e. Integration Services;

f. Application Support Services;

g. Documentation Services; and

h. Agile Services.

Additional (optional) fixed-price packages of Drupal services that may be offered include:

a. Website assessments and advisory services;

b. Website re-hosting and installation services;

c. Drupal theme development and enhancement services;

d. Content migration and consolidation services;

e. Site audits and technical review services; and

f. On-going technical support services.

Successful tenderers will be required to pay a Central Administration Fee to Finance but may recovery these monies from Agencies.
