Introduction

Headquarters Training Command-Army (HQ TC-A) invites responses to a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Civil Accreditation Program (CAP) Services for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

Description of the Requirement

A requirement exists for Civil Accreditation Program services for the following organisations:

  • Headquarters Training Command-Army (HQ TC-A)
  • Navy Personnel and Training Centre (NPTC); and
  • Headquarters Air Force Training Group (HQ AFTG)

A commercial provider is required to provide mapping of training and administrative processes for the introduction to the Scope of Registration for each program of civilian qualifications through the registration body ACT Accreditation and Registration Council (ACT ARC). The commercial provider will be required to maintain and update current Scope of Registration qualifications at the national level.

Period of Contract

Headquarters Training Command-Army on behalf of Army, Navy and RAAF, is seeking to arrange a contract for a period of three years (3) years, commencing July 2008, with two (2) one (1) year extension options, with a commercial operator capable of providing the requisite services.

Industry Brief

It is proposed to conduct an industry briefing on Monday 21 April 2008, commencing at 12.00pm (noon), at Victoria Barracks, Oxford Street, Paddington, NSW. All interested potential suppliers are encouraged to attend. For registration details please refer to the TC-A website below. Responses for attendance need to be in by close of business Thursday 17 April 2008.
