Provision of Residential Cleaning Services

Suppliers are invited by The Public Trustee of Queensland to submit an offer for ITO No. PTO202314 to undertake domestic/residential cleaning work for our customer properties throughout Queensland.

High level scope of works include:

• House or unit cleaning services;
• Tenancy bond cleans; and
• One off additional cleaning services.

The intent of this ITO is to appoint suitably qualified Supplier(s) to provide residential cleaning services throughout Queensland in one or more of the following locations:

• Brisbane
• Ipswich
• Southport

The outcome of the competitive tender is anticipated to provide successful suppliers a multi-year contract.

Any clarifications or questions related to the ITO must be communicated in writing, submitted using the ‘Ask a Question’ function in QTenders. Please note the date for Clarification Questions close on 24 June 2024.

The ITO also includes an optional Expression of Interest (EOI) document for suppliers interested in providing services to other areas of Queensland which have historically had low/ no volume/s of work. These are outside the PT service areas identified for suppliers to commit (Contract) to offer services. Response to the ITO Part C Response EOI Opportunity Areas (optional) document is optional and is only intended to compile a list of qualified and interested Suppliers to provide a starting point for PT Officers to seek availability and quotes if work arises in these areas.
