Fast Track Skills Program

The Department of Economic Development is seeking offers from consultants to provide: a) a consultancy service with the department for facilitation of statewide workshops to help small-to-medium businesses develop business plans that incorporate staff training and skills development; and b) a one-on-one consultancy service with individual businesses as required. Successful consultants will form part of a panel that will be matched to a client or client group. Consultants will be expected to enter into a 'contract for services' with the department to deliver workshops and follow up the completion of business and training plans by clients. The program will be held statewide, depending on demand, between October 2004 and June 2005.
