Precinct Maintenance Services

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Precinct Maintenance Services at Queensland Parliamentary Precinc located on the corner of George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

The services include but not limited to:

1. Minor building repairs;
2. Minor plumbing repairs (advantageous);
3. Minor painting works;
4. Lamp changes;
5. Door adjustment and repairs;
6. Office furniture repairs;
7. Picture hanging;
8. Whiteboard hanging;
9. Escorting contractors as required; and
10. Assisting the Property Services team as requested.
