Malaga Bus Depot - D&C Car Parking Upgrades

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake design and construction of car park works at Malaga Bus Depot.

The purpose of these works is to upgrade the depot car parking areas to facilitate future Electric Bus (EB) works at Malaga Bus Depot.
The current car park arrangement allows for 149 car bays with the proposed design changing to 105 bays. The reduction is due to the need for more space in the bus yard for the EB infrastructure that will be part of future works completed by others. The western carpark will have increased capacity by reclaiming the landscaped area and removing the transportable from site. The eastern carpark will be reduced to allow for extension of the bus lanes.
