This procurement is to implement energy efficient initiatives to the mechanical building services and controls in the Russell North Compound, Canberra.
The Department of Defence undertook an energy audit on the Russell North Precinct with the aim to identify suitable Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) to reduce energy consumption by 25% across the Russell North Precinct.
This package of works relates the mechanical building services(BMS) and controls in Buildings R4, R7 and R5. The works include the detailed design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and comprehensive maintenance and warranty of the Mechanical Services installation. Along with other works as further specified in the tender package to facilitate the achievement of the prescribed energy savings and updated BMS control graphics and commissioning reports.
