Description
Finance seeks tender responses from companies, with an established organisational experience as EAP provider, who possess professional qualifications and membership of the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australia (EAPAA), to provide EAP services for the purpose of:
a) Standard non-urgent, confidential counseling services – in-person, and/or by telephone, made available to Finances ongoing, non-ongoing and casual staff members and their immediate family members;
b) Trauma/critical incident counseling – by telephone and in person, made available to Finances ongoing, non-ongoing and casual staff members and their immediate family members; and
c) Additional EAP services on an ad hoc basis, if required, including but not limited to: mediation and conflict resolution, development and delivery of brief EAP presentations at new starters' orientation sessions, specialist training and psychological assessments.
The successful Tenderer will be required to provide written reports containing statistical data, analysis and recommendations in relation to utilization rates, trends, issues, etc., as well as marketing, promotional, training (if required) and advisory services.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate that they are able to provide the specified EAP services Australia-wide and Internationally.
