Panel Arrangement for the Delivery of Training Courses for Persons Performing High Risk Work

Challenger Institute’s (Challenger) School of Construction Industry Skills provides training in the building and construction trades across the southern metropolitan region at its campuses in Fremantle, Rockingham and Peel (Mandurah). The School is a significant contributor to workforce development with over 600 apprentices enrolling each year.
Challenger’s School of Construction Industry Skills through this Request is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to deliver training services. The training courses will include equipment and training facilities, covering various sectors of high risk licensing courses in the construction and resource based industries. Respondents will be engaged on an “as required basis”.
Challenger reserves all rights to select and maintain a Panel as per the Request Conditions and General Conditions of Contract (August 2012). Respondents are also advised that Challenger makes no representation to procure any particular volume of products/services from any Panel member during the term of the Head Agreement.
