The WA Country Health Service - Wheatbelt is seeking to engage a suitably qualified practitioner or organisation to provide Physiotherapy and Podiatry Services for public patients at Bindoon, Gingin, Jurien Bay and Lancelin, for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Contract Authority.
