ROYAL ADELAIDE HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT STAGE 2/3A

Expressions of interest are invited from trade contractors for work associated with the proposed Royal Adelaide Hospital Redevelopment Stage 2/3A, Phase A building work which includes partial refurbishment of the S&T, OPD and Theatre Block buildings and new building works comprising N&S Clinical Services Integration, P wing levels 3, 4,& 5, North and South Theatre extensions, Burns Unit, Ambulance Plaza & Access. Expressions of interest are sought for those trades that do not require DAIS pre-qualification or currently do not have any registrants in this instance, namely; scaffolding, concrete supply, formwork, reinforcement, structural steel, metalwork, façade cladding (vitrepanel or similar), door hardware, metal roofing, carpet and vinyl, painting, signage, plastic handrail and corner guards, medical gas and nurse call systems. Those expressing interest are required to submit the following information; - Details of the name, scope of work and cost of projects completed in the last two years. - Details of current work commitment including scope of work, contract value and anticipated completion dates - Evidence of ability to work to a tight construction program in a complex work environment - Details of quality assurance procedures - Information on proposed key personnel - Any other information which may assist in the assessment of ability to execute and complete the works of this project. Expressions of interest should be clearly marked with the name of the project and the relevant trade. Tenderers will be selected from a short list of those organisations that respond to this invitation to express interest. No expression of interest will necessarily be accepted.
