Description

The Department of Communities requires a Contractor to deliver professional allied health and paediatric services to children (aged 0-5 years old) living in out-of-home care within the East Metropolitan Region.
The services required are:
1. Speech Pathology:
2. Occupational Therapy; and
3. Paediatric.
The services are to be delivered within the following Local Government Areas:
• Armadale;
• Gosnells;
• Serpentine-Jarrahdale;
• Belmont;
• Canning;
• South Perth; and
• Victoria Park.
The estimated annual demand for the Region is below, however this is not guaranteed, and the number of sessions will vary as required by the Department:
• Speech Therapy – 320 hourly sessions
• Occupational Therapy – 210 hourly sessions
• Paediatric sessions – 120 hourly sessions
Please note it is the Department’s preference to award to one Contractor to deliver the three services (as a consortium or partnership if can’t deliver in its own right). The Department reserves the right to award to one or more organisations if it represents best value for money. At a minimum, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy Services must be delivered by the one organisation.
