Description
To construct four new viewing towers and remove existing towers at Belmont Park Race Club.
The new tower one, consists of a steel structure at a height of 9712mm with two viewing cabins with foundation pad 4000x2700x900mm for the tower and two foundation pads 1500x600x450mm to accommodate the steel staircase.
Towers two, three, four are the same design but located at different locations around the racetrack. The new towers will consist of a steel structure at a height of 11750mm with one viewing cabin. The foundations consists of 3300x3300x650mm pad for the tower and 1150x1000x350mm pad to accommodate the staircase.
