Description

Works will include the demolition of up to 24 properties in Badgerys Creek, NSW. For each property or structure to be demolished, the successful Tenderer must :

  • erect temporary fencing surrounding the property or structure to prevent access by members of the public;
  • prepare a plan for the demolition of the relevant property or structure, which is consistent with the Site Management Plan and the Work Health and Safety Plan;
  • arrange for the disconnection of all services to the property and structure at the successful Tenderer’s cost (including as relevant liaison with utility providers and local government authorities);
  • induct all personnel on Site to familiarise them with the Site Management Plan, the Work Health and Safety Plan and the specific demolition plan for the structure or property in question;
  • drain the septic system located on the property (if relevant);
  • drain the swimming pool located on the property (if relevant);
  • demolish the structure/s on the property in a safe manner having regard at all times to the Site Management Plan, the Work Health and Safety Plan and the specific demolition plan for the structure or property in question;
  • remove all rubble, debris and materials from the site (including all inbuilt items such as pools and septic tanks and all hazardous materials such as asbestos) and safely dispose of them in accordance with all relevant legislation and any Authorisations (as defined in the Draft Deed of Standing Offer);
  • level the ground and safely fill in holes present on the Site; and
  • remove all temporary fencing, materials, machinery and leave the Site in good condition following the demolition activities.
