Description
The customer is seeking (1) suitable CUA contractor for a period of six (6) months commencing end of October 2024 (dates to be confirmed), to assist with the implementation of ServiceNow. Department of Health (DoH) are looking for a contractor who has had experience in implementing ServiceNow or similar cloud based and customised off the shelf Portfolio management tools. The CUA contractor will collaborate with the DoH Digital Health SPM Tool Project Management team to implement and deliver the SPM Tool. This includes achieving related ICT outcomes and deliverables. They will work with ServiceNow, their implementation partner, Health Support Services ICT delivery teams and Health Service Providers to ensure the technical implementation meets the project?s outcomes within the approved scope, budget and timeframes. The CUA contractor will provide advisory services and / or independently develop methodologies to meet the outcomes. The CUA contractor engaged will be responsible for the work undertaken under this contract.
