Description
Demolition of brick and tile duplex pair including removal of asbestos. Demolition is to include winged fencing, dividing fences and side boundary fencing (both sides) but not including rear boundary fence. Also to be included are clotheslines, sheds, driveways, crossovers and patio structures. Synergy has already been disconnected so is not required. A copy of SWMS report is required prior to demolition and a clearance certificate is required after demolition and before payment can be made.
