Description

Through this request the DSR is seeking the services of a suitable Respondent capable of providing a suitable venue within the Perth metropolitan area for the hosting of the 2014 Sports Industry Coaches and Officials Award Dinner. The event would need to meet the following requirements but is not limited to:

Venue capable of seating for up to 250 – 300 people in a formal dinner style;
Access to foyer for pre-dinner drinks;
Stage Capability (minimum 8m x 4m);

Catering (three course menu with canapés);
Beverage ( 4 hour package); and

Audio Visual Requirements (PowerPoint, data projector, sound and visual)
