Description
The project comprises the construction of a new administration building, new canteen building, internal refurbishment of existing teaching buildings and existing toilet block, with some external alterations to an existing library building; demolition of existing buildings and new siteworks including carpark. Construction/demolition works are to be staged, enabling occupation of various parts prior to construction of demolition of other stages. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
