Description
Work consists of the construction of a new wine centre comprising new wine store and associated areas, toilet facilities and kitchen including alterations to existing function centre and associated external decking. Buildings are to be steel framed with external colorbond steel wall cladding, steel framed roof and roof cladding on reinforced concrete slab. Supply, installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical services and the provision of sewer and waste plumbing including a septic and waste water treatment system. Civil works including paving and retaining walls. Approximate area of works 200m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
