Project Management, Detailed Design, Documentation and Contract Administration MORPHETTVILLE RACECOURSE WETLANDS AND ASR SCHEME

BRIEF P5/00 In conjunction with the South Australian Jockey Club and the City of Marion, the Patawalonga Catchment Water Management Board is preparing to deliver this Wetland and Aquifer Storage and Recovery (stormwater re-use) project. Assistance has also been provided by the Commonwealth Government through the NHT Coasts and Clean Seas Program. Proposals are invited from suitably skilled consultants for Brief P5/00 to undertake the project management, detailed design, cost estimates, documentation, contract administration and supervision of the Morphettville Racecourse Wetlands and Aquifer Storage and Recovery Scheme. The work will be in two stages. Stage 1 involves consultation, site survey, site investigations, detailed wetland design, concept ASR design, cost estimates, approvals and and maintenance plan preparation. Stage 2 will be subject to Board approval and will involve tender documentation, environment management plan for construction, tender call and contract administration. The project will have a high public profile and will require the expertise of a proven multi-disciplinary consultant team experienced in delivering civil and environmental projects.
