The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants for the preparation of a Freight and Industrial Land Use Master Plan and accompanying technical studies for the site of the proposed Bullsbrook Intermodal Terminal (IMT) and surrounding area.
