South Metropolitan Health Service - Peel Health Campus Transformation Program – Redevelopment.
The Forward Works comprise of the ring road and traffic access, car parking, existing engineering service adjustments and upgrades and the build of a Central Energy Plant (CEP) shell excluding CEP equipment and such other work as detailed in the Specification and on the drawings and documentation.
A non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing will be held at the works location on Wednesday, 18 September 2024 at 2:00pm. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.
