The development of resort holiday accommodation (other than permanent residential accommodation) and associated uses including conference facilities, services and retail uses, spa, and resort recreation activities. Note: It is estimated that the State will receive between $14 million and $16 million over the development phase of the project. Procurement Type: A two stage procurement process was undertaken. Firstly an Expression of Interest process followed by a Request for Detailed Proposals.
