Queensland Rail is undertaking a large station upgrade program - the CityTrain Station Upgrade Program (CSUP) - which is a rolling infrastructure improvement program intended to deliver rail infrastructure across the public transport network focusing on above rail “station” infrastructure for the 146 rail stations on the South East Queensland network. Queensland Rail requires additional resources (project management, design management and construction management) to meet its objectives for the delivery of elements of this program in the current financial year.
Queensland Rail invites offers from companies which are Brisbane-based, are experienced in the required services but are innovative in their approach, understand the operational environment of major transport facilities and which fully support Queensland Rail’s customer-focussed approach. Queensland Rail’s preferred approach to the procurement of the additional resources is to obtain the services from one company.
The Service Provider (Consultant) shall work in a cooperative and consultative partnership with Queensland Rail, adding value through recommending delivery strategies and through the quality and experience of the human resources provided.
