This contract includes the repair and upgrade of the walking path and driveway leading to Smoky Cape Lighthouse. The works include removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete path sections, construction of new concrete pathways within the existing footprint, drainage improvements to reduce erosion and water pooling, installation, refurbishment or replacement of handrails, and associated site restoration works.
