Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Queensland Law Society(QLS). QLS is a statutory authority continued in existence under the Legal Profession Act 2007 and subject to a number of legislative regimes and obligations.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
QLS requires the supply and implementation of an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) integrated with existing systems.
QLS has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of implementing an EDRMS which:
· Consolidates recordkeeping requirements into a single source of truth user environment
· Meets compliance obligations
· Creates records in context
· Manages and maintains records for as long as they are required and in accordance with the Business Classification Scheme
· Creates, manages and maintains metadata
· Ensures security of records
· Reports on the records environment
· Enables creation and management of automated business process workflows
