Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction (With design responsibility) of roof replacements to Teaching Block 1 and Teaching Block 2 at Miami State School located at 18-36 Oceanic Drive, Mermaid Waters, QLD 4218 as part of the 20/21 Targeted Maintenance program. The scope of works comprises of full roof replacements to two PS78 buildings, including design to repitch the roof and remove box gutters. Works include the removal of ACM and must be completed over the school summer holidays. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
