Woody Point Special School Block G Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for refurbishment works to the Block G special education facilities located at Woody Point Special School, 85 Georgina Street, Woody Point, Qld 4019. In general, the works comprise of a new layout, joinery and equipment. This includes:
• Demolition of existing walls and doors and provision of new to create office spaces, a change room and reading room.
• Upgrade the existing sanitary facilities within the block to a level appropriate for use by children with disabilities.
• New teaching walls, joinery, doors, windows and finishes to the GLA’s and office spaces.
• Operable wall between GLA 2 and GLA 3.
